“Top notch fishing guide.

I reserved for a June trip but had to cancel. Shane said no problem, my deposit was still good and to reschedule anytime. We texted back and forth sharing fish photos.

When we rescheduled for early October, he texted me the day before with time and ramp info and even sent a link. I asked what to rig and he called me right away. We talked about 20 minutes and he explained setups and why.

Next day, lines were wet within five minutes and we were on fish shortly after. We talked Guntersville fishing, equipment, and seasonal patterns while steadily catching fish. Outstanding day. Shane is knowledgeable and easy to talk to.”

“Shane took me and my son out on Neely Henry for a half day trip and it was awesome. My boy is 12 and this was his first real fishing trip with a guide. Shane was so patient with him and made sure he understood everything. We caught bass after bass and my son was grinning ear to ear the whole time.

Shane let my son drive the boat a little bit which he thought was the coolest thing ever. He also taught him proper fish handling and how to take good photos with his catches. As a dad, seeing my kid have that much fun was priceless.

“Took my first guided trip ever with Shane last month and it was incredible. I've always been a casual bank fisherman but wanted to learn how to fish from a boat properly. Shane was the perfect teacher - patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable.
